Bob Walker: Robert Walker is to all appearances a cheerful pirate.  Short of stature and with a cheerful, sarcastic attitude, he’s easily dismissed as a threat, which is just how he would prefer things.

Bob is an undercover agent for an unidentified organization.  In their service he has infiltrated first the pirate gang and later Guard Free Now in his ongoing investigation.  Just who or what he is investigating is a secret known only to him.

He has recruited Giles to assist him, though whether that service is that of a witness or as a sacrificial stooge is unknown.  Certainly Bob seems to have little respect or trust for the pirate.

Bob seems to generally oppose Guard Free Now’s objectives, but he shows no loyalty to Guard Intelligence or the UN Star Guard as a whole.  What this means about his parent organization is unknown.
